The rooms here are quite spacious and come with two windows, giving you plenty of natural light ☀️. Plus, each room has a small kitchen area for your convenience.

staff was helpful, kind
put in a handicapped room--I am not handicapped--if I had been this would not have been a good room. I was put on a non-smoking floor/room---the hall was full of smoke from smokers in the non-smoking room they have smoke detectors in the room--that is good but they flash green lights ALL NIGHT LONG--something else could be done about that. just because they painted and changed the bed covers does not mean "renovated" to me

The hotel is fairly clean and family-friendly. The staff is very amiable and attentive. The beds are comfortable, and the separate room and bathroom are fairly clean. It was a really nice stay for 2 nights and great value.

I liked the corner room with 2 windows and close to the exit. Bathroom facilities were pretty clean.
I asked for an extra blanket and the front desk said I had to come and get it. I'm a diabetic with neuropathy in my feet. Had to walk around Liberty campus and Thomas road church for commencement. Was exhausted after traveling all night from Ohio. Also the staff acted put out when I asked for ice. No help and never did find the ice maker. The cost was too expensive for one night when I've stayed there before at $60.00 a night. There were no eating utensils and with the way I was treated prior to needing flatware. I just went out and purchased it. I didn't want to have any more dealings with the front desk.

We were first given a musty, cigarette smelling room with no working A/C. I was given a different room but at 1am, the fire alarm went off and by 3am, when we checked out, the fire alarm was still going off. I had to request a refund, was never offered somewhere else to stay. Our room also had a leaky A/C unit, so the carpet around the unit was soaked. We had a really bad experience and ended up sleeping in our car the rest of the evening when we should've been in a nice comfy bed.

The hotel is fairly clean. The employees are extremely friendly and attentive. The location is particularly good, close to restaurants, Liberty University, Macado's, and other places. It is a dog-friendly area.

Nothing about the stay was pleasent ,
We booked through Booked.net , and we were mis-represented all the way around, we originaly Booked 2 rooms , 1 with 1 double bed that sleeps 2 and one with 2 double beds that sleeps for 4 , we were lied too and told that there were never any rooms with 2 double beds available , and several of the other guests were complaining because they had been lied too and misrepresented also , tried to call and file a grievience , but found out that the Reservations were made through Amsterdam , I took alot of information from some of your guests from the hOTEL and if I dont get some kind of restitution , It is my intentions to file a class action lawsuite against Extended Stay America and Booking .Com , I am very unhappy that I was lied too and that a company of your stature and reputation would allow this to happen... we paid for our parents to stay there so I can't really rate the place. I answered them because the emails won't stop till I do.

We found out reasonable prices in the hotel. Good location next to Liberty University stadium, very friendly staff, everything was excellent. We got brand-new and reasonably large room with 1 double bed, extra pillows and 2 windows. The restaurant was relatively near the venue.
